Arts and crafts master Liu Hongbao's jewelry and crafts show up in Europe

       

Liu Hongbao was sent to Ireland in 1985 to study jewelry design and gemstone making in Kerkeney School of Design. Over the past 30 years, his excellent works have won more than 40 awards at home and abroad, such as World Gold Council, De Beers, China Arts and Crafts Treasures, China Arts and Crafts "Hundred Flowers Award" * Creation Design Award, China Arts and Crafts Master Works and Gold Award of International Arts and Crafts Fair.


This time, Liu Hongbao's jewelry works * are exhibited in Europe, which is also the jewelry show in this year's International Cultural Heritage Exhibition. More than 20 pieces of jewelry and crafts designed and handmade by him are on display, which can be called the originality and classic pieces. These works are based on the most popular colorful jewelry and ornaments in the world in recent years, mostly in the shape of flowers, flowers, fish and birds. Liu Hongbao hopes that through these works, more people can understand the cultural connotation of Chinese jewelry art features.


After viewing Liu Hongbao's work, the president of the French National Federation of Art Industry, Aude Daonne, described it as "the artisanal art of the first". Patrick Chambohong, president of the governing council of the School of Management in Paris, praised it for "the combination of European craftsmanship and Eastern culture, and the delicate and poetic interpretation of traditional Chinese art".


During the exhibition, the decoration "Fish Leap", which won the gold medal of the China Arts and Crafts Fair, was particularly popular with visitors. Speaking about the work of fritillaria, pearls, rubies, diamonds, gold and silver, antiquities collector Christian Hasler described it as "exquisitely conceived, boldly made and full of life".


It is learned that Liu Hongbao has been elected vice president of the French-Chinese Federation of Arts and Culture, and went to Paris to attend the federation's annual meeting in September this year. In this International Cultural Heritage Exhibition, he further shared his creative experience and design concept with his French and European counterparts and jewelry art lovers.
